Tolt Conferences Next Week (Oct. 2 and 3)

Thursday, October 2 – In-Person Conferences

4:30 – 7:00 p.m.

• All parents and guardians are invited to attend our arena-style conferences here at school.

• Teachers will be stationed at tables—no need to sign up, just come by.

• Families will have about 5 minutes with each teacher. Please be mindful of lines so all families have the chance to connect with staff they want to see.

• Interpretation will be available.

Friday, October 3 – Remote Conferences

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Families may sign up in advance for online or phone conferences, with any of their student’s teachers or counselor.

• Options include:

  • Microsoft Teams: Click the link provided in your confirmation email at your scheduled time.

  • Phone Call: The teacher or counselor will call the number you provide at sign-up.

• Conferences are scheduled every 10 minutes, with about 5 minutes per meeting.
