Welcome to Tolt Middle School!

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Tolt Middle School—home to a vibrant community of learners, educators, and families. At Tolt, our mission is clear: to educate middle school students in a supportive, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment.

We are proud to serve approximately 650 students in grades six through eight, and we believe deeply in the potential of every learner. Our vision is to foster an inclusive community of critical and creative thinkers—students who show empathy, practice resiliency, and take initiative in their learning journey.

At Tolt, we recognize and celebrate the unique talents of all students while holding high expectations for academic achievement and personal growth. We are committed to working in partnership with families and the broader community to help our students become responsible citizens, ready to thrive in the 21st century.

We believe that all students can learn, and we challenge them to think independently, act with integrity, and grow into thoughtful, engaged members of society. Whether you're a returning family or new to our school, we are excited to have you as part of the Tolt community.

Here’s to a year of growth, discovery, and success!

Warm regards,

Michael Piper
