ADA compliance adds the accessibility "widget" to the website that allows the user to increase font, use high-contrast, utilize reader bars, and much more.
The old website was not scaled for use on mobile devices, nor was it possible to make it so.
The old website was based on local, in-house servers that are impacted by power outages.
This new site is cloud-based for a much higher service uptime.
Visitors can now subscribe to the news feed to receive notification of school news. The new site uses https (SSL Encryption), which was not possible on the old site.
