Important Requirements to be Eligible for 1st Practice The following checklist is provided to assist student-athletes in meeting the requirements to participate in any activity:
Register online through FinalForms
Complete Physical Examination Form on file with the Athletic Department
Physical paperwork is valid for two years from the date of examination and must be valid for the duration of the entire sport season.
Purchase ASB Card through the Optional Fees tab in eFunds ($22)
Pay Participation Fee through the Optional Fees tab in eFunds ($80 per sport, $160 max per student per year)
To apply for sports participation fee waiver please complete both the Request for Fee Assistance form and Free/Reduce Meals form which can be obtained online at the Riverview School District website.
First practice is Tuesday, September 6 for all Fall Sports.
